Meet Bao Zheng

Chef Bao came to South Hill Grill and fell in love with both the food and atmosphere. Which is why he bought South Hill Grill in 2019. He was a competition chef. He first specialized and competed in Chinese and French cuisine. He loved creating dishes with large lobster and exotic fish, which opened the door into sushi.
He wanted to change the beloved South Hill Grill, only add to it. Which is why he created a sushi menu for the restaurant as well.
South Hill Grill features of a variety, from the best burgers and steak in town( if we don't say so ourselves) and the most beautify and fresh sushi! Come check out what Chef Bao has made so special to Spokane!
